Return/Refund/Shipping Policy

  • Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.
  • Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to support@mnchocolates.com

 

E-Mail shall contain following details:-

  1. Order ID:
  2. Cancellation Reason:
  3. Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at support@mnchocolates.com. And amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.
  4. In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charge will be applicable and paid by customer.

Refund policy

  1. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
  • Order was cancelled. 
  • Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient) 
  • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced. 
  1. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  2. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
  3. Any extra amount credited to www.mnchocolates.com account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
  4. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Online Delivery shall have the deciding hand.
  5. Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

Shipping policy

We add ice gel and insulation to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

We ship the orders on business days Monday thru Thursday to prevent the package from sitting idle at the courier. Dispatch is via professional courier. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order and receive an estimate of delivery day. These policies are to ensure your chocolate reaches you in good condition.

The average delivery days are between 3 days to 10 days.  

Unfortunately we do not have total control on the shipping carrier that we use. Hence, we are not responsible for any delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time without notice.

We do not accept returns. Chocolates are not refundable since they are a food item.

 

However,

It is understood between www.mnchocolates.com that returns be accepted and calculated within select parameters:-

  1. Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or different product delivered will be taken into the consideration.
  2. However www.mnchocolates.com will enquire about this and take action against it.
  3. Return should reach as before 15 days from the date Purchase.
  4. Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.
